5) My poster so far.

My Photo shoot for my Horror movie

 This one was a bit of a flop cause you could see the person under the cloth and there would be no point of it being of the cover of the poster cause the audience would already know who the killer of the film is and this will ruin the film.

 This would be my second choice cause it shows the full body of the character but the thing is, is that  you cant see much of the characters face that's why I didn't pick this as the first choice for the poster. also it would be quite dark to be in a poster also the audience needs to see the characters face to know who the character is.

This is the first choice for me to use for my photo shoot cause the picture matches the real character perfectly and will do well. also the theme of the film and the picture are exactly the same such as the film is based around a woods/forest and so is this photo cause there is trees in the background image.

I need to get rid of the torch in the bottom of the screen cause it is kind of wasting space also i will use the date at the bottom of the screen as the release date and it looks really creepy as if the poster is a photograph.

The photo shoot part 1

The logo will look dark/black to match in with the theme of the film and the logo will look like a scary sort of font.

The character that is circled is the main character/killer of the film and is the main character.

I used my inspiration for my film poster from this film poster. so basically my poster will The Slender man showing his back and his face is slowly facing the camera so that you can see a bit of his face to create an emotion between the producer. 

4) Planning photo shoot

Who will be in it?

well the photo shoot will be me as the charcter/killer in the film. you won't be able to see my face cause the character has no face its just plain white. The character will be in the woods surrounded by trees cause the theme of the film is based in the woods/forest.

What logation?

I will be using the nearby park as an insperartion to take to photoshoot near the woods/dark ally way since my film theme is based in the woods and links in perfectly.

Costume and make-up?

Well all the central image charcter needs to wear is:

• suite/black
• White cloth

What type of shots are you planning?

Well im planing to take a mid shot. The shot will be taken from the characters back and half way showing his fce so that a little light is reflected on to his face. Also he will be in the woods so there will be a forest/night background.

3) Film pitch

The Slender man goes on a killing spree to make the victims life a LIVING HELL!

The film is a Horror since the film will be based on a man on a killing spree with the blood of innocent kids. He has no face but yet he can smell the fears of his victims and is ready to take their life.

Similarity to a film:

• The blare witch project- since the film is based in the woods and kids and adults are going missing.

The target audience of the film will be from at least the age of 15-18 cause there wont be allot of blood scenes.

Well i think it is good to keep the characters unique and different, because if there was a well known actor and i use his/her name in the cover and the central image is me it would look unproffesinal and it would look odd. Also i need a crew to help put the poster of the film together.

What happens in the story of the Slender man:
Slender is about a gorup of High school kids from a school far away and there school has arranged a field trip for the kids to stay for 3 weeks. But what they dont know is that the forest they are camping in is haunted and the person haunting it is for ever kown as, THE SLENDER MAN!

• Slender- a school trip is launched in mid winter for a school field trip for the kids of Naiman High School. The trip is is in the woods/forest for camping for 3 weeks on a survival task. The field trip is 187 miles away from their school so there's no turning back.What they don't know is that they are going to find out that the woods is haunted by one man and one man only. And that man is forever known as, THE SLENDER MAN!

• The MS13- The MS13 is one of the most deadliest gangs of them all there are at least 1 million  members, so its not easy to take them down so quickly.  America decide to take over mexico by killing off ever single one of the gang members. But as they arrive it was already too late. The gang is aware of the attack that they are about to face and armed with extreme weaponry. One man has the skills to kill them off and has a genius plan to take them down, But the question is who is this man?

• The Devlinator- The Devlinator is the name of the hero the film is about. Its about a kid called Mike who was really talented in nearly every subject he attended but on the day of his prom night his parents were killed and there body was dumped into the water. As he arrived home everything was ruined the only person still alive was his butler. After the night his parents died he made a promise to his parents saying that 'I will put back the wrong into the right, and make all those suffer who deserve it. Revenge does solve everything'

Normally there is a male as the hero in the trailer as there is in this one. the male is seen rich and heroic as he saves the world with his powers. there is a verity of people who known as paparazzi's which symbolizes that the male is rich and can afford lots of things in the trailer. There is a mixed source of explosions now and then and the date looks as if it is set in the near by future. also the trailer changes the stereo type as the villain is an american. in most action films the villain is normally a foreign from a distant country and not from the same place. the males key characteristics are : bravery, hero, saves lives, stops the villain which people would expect in a Hollywood action and american film.

The role of the women is on a 50/50 sort of way as she does nothing in the trailer but is the key part of the film cause that's what the hero would want to save the most  and would spend time with through the film. the women is wearing normal women cloths that a normal women would wear, she does not look over dressed such as a rich type of feel but the male does. the main part of the women in the trailer is cause the hero would be saving her the most as she gets her self in to trouble and the her/man has to save her.

There is not much youngsters in the trailer cause this isn't to do with the kids and is based at an older audience. also as you see in the trailer there are less people from other races in the trailer and are linking in with the classic way. the trailer is full of technology and more which can connote to the audience that the hero is a geek and a nerd with computers and

Preparation task

1. all the magazines focus on is ONLY music because that's the point of the website but not only that there is a website called "vibe" this music site stood out to me because it not only contained JUST music it also contained other stuff, stuff that the other sited didn't have such as the vibe had a section on gaming,T.V,car,cinema and more. this was a clever idea because not only they will get lots of views on music but they can get MILLIONS of views on the extra stuff provided on there sites.
The sites mostly focused on the latest things that has recently happened through out the week and the latest albums and music news. They do not talk about the things that happened in the passed. The artist featured were the artist that have been on the news RECENTLY not any old artist because there wont be a point to put them up on there site. In my opinion the target audience has got to be teenagers because music is mostly focused at them and they like to hear about the latest gossip and more. However I think VIBE is for people other than teenagers because it has a whole variety of things for different age groups such as gaming can be up to 10-20 or T.V can be for anyone.

 -on the NME cover it started with "top 50 songs that give you goosebumps" which contained songs from the classic and form now days. it also has celebrity news on the side of the page in my opinion I assume it was on the side because its not that important but its still news so people might like to read it. also it had information on the latest concerts coming soon and more. they feature that artists that are more famous and people love also artists that have been in the news recently

 - first thing I spot when I come to the site is that it has adverts are running down the side of the screen. Also it contained news about famous music stars on the side but the only thing that was in the middle of the screen was that it had little posters on saying listen to the Q all day every day and more posters about them.I thought of the website being boring  because there was nothing about music on the first page but as you go down there is but the music genre was classic rock n roll which I don't think no one will buy or read. the artist that were featured was a female singer called 'Adele'. i was there on the side of the screen because she is part of the news on this magazine.





- This magazine cover was better because it was much colourful and fitted in with the logo and there audience which in my opinion is teenagers/Goth cause the colours and the logo font fits in perfectly. I say this website is mostly for Goth people because the characters on the cover are Goth and I do not think that a non Goth person would want to read this magazine. the artist that were staring on the                                       side of there magazine cover was a Goth group called the "lost prophets.



- The Vibe cover had a really good web page because it had more than music it also contained gaming,T.V, mobile and more. the reason this site is good cause it contains lots of things for different age groups which can make them get lots of views on there site and more people will buy it because it has more than just one thing. unfortunately the vibe does not have any music related things up on there site and they do not have any artist on there web page they only have images on the products there magazine contains.
